Repair or replace?
We look at the posts first. Good posts mean the fence can be repaired. Failing posts all along the line usually mean replacement is the better buy.

What do repairs usually involve?
- Sistering or resetting posts
- Swapping damaged sections
- Gate frame fixes and new hardware
- Patching block walls and caps
Who pays when the fence is shared?
Talk to your neighbor first and get the plan in writing. We can give both owners the same itemized quote.
Fixing a front fence that rusted
Older iron fences often rust at the base where sprinklers hit them. Cutting out and replacing pickets or a post is often cheaper than a new fence, and keeping the same height avoids a redesign.
